Here at Roots, we love sharing stories about the wonderful people behind our locally sourced coffee beans. In the first episode of Coffee Playground, we’d like to feature P’Sopa and take a deeper look into what gives her coffee such a distinctly fragrant and fruity flavor!
P’ Sopa is a coffee producer from Om Koi, Chiang Mai. She began working with coffee because she loved nature and wanted to preserve it. Her coffee was awarded with the top prize from Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand (SCATH) in 2015 and from 2016. Read more about P’ Sopa here.
