Inspired by Nam Prik Ong, a beloved Northern Thai dish, this drink reimagines familiar flavors in an unexpected form. It begins with the natural sweetness and refreshing character of tomato juice, followed by a bell pepper syrup that brings subtle notes reminiscent of lightly grilled vegetables. A squeeze of lime adds brightness, while coriander oil ties everything together with a fragrant finish.
Paired with Roots Concentrated Cold Brew, the result is a drink that is refreshing, layered, and full of character — one that might remind you of your favorite Northern Thai flavors in a way you’ve never experienced before.
