Genmaicha Cold Brew

Taking inspiration from the concept of East meets West, our barista Aof has chosen to create a drink that perfectly combines tea (representing East) and coffee (representing the West) together. Aof begins by infusing genmaicha in milk for 3 hours before mixing in cold brew coffee, then adding honey and brown sugar syrup to balance out the drink with a little sweetness. He then whisks together, jasmine-infused milk and brown sugar syrup to create a milk foam, which goes on top of the drink with genmaicha and toasted rice.

It’s smooth, calming and wonderfully balanced. We hope you’ll enjoy it!
