Bananaberry Cold Brew

Barista Art and Bank paired up to create a super refreshing cold brew that’s perfect for any time of day. To make the drink, they first ferment bananas to create a banana cider vinegar of which they then turn into a delicious syrup by cooking it brown sugar. This mixture is what gives the concoction its sweet and tart flavors. They then add in some lemon balm-infused strawberry juice to highlight the beautiful and refreshing aroma of the drink. The strawberry jelly topping adds another level of texture to the which is also fun to chew on!
