The Roots Origin Trip’s purpose isn’t simply to say hello to the farmers we work with; it’s also to educate and immerse all of our baristas in the behind-the-scenes process and intentions of the local farmers who produce the coffee beans they brew.
Due to COVID19, Roots postponed the trip for two years. In the latest edition of Coffee Playground, let’s hear what fun and exciting things Tae (Komsan Saetang), the Head Barista, and Nu (Anuwat Nobnop), a Barista at Roots BITEC, have to say about the trip.
