DJ Doduck: When I first tasted our House Blend coffee, I felt like it had a variety of flavor. With the first sip you taste the juiciness straight away, as is expected with the honey process. As you continue drinking it, you get the bitterness followed by sweetness at the end. It’s a bittersweet coffee with lots of vibrant flavor that perfectly balances each other out.
I think of My Life as Ali Thomas when I drink this coffee because they’re a band that dabble in all sorts of musical genres from acoustic, to folk and even rock. If I had to pick one song that matches perfectly with House Blend, it would be Daughter and Son. It starts of smooth but then they start adding in a bit of folk and rock as the song progresses – it’s a great tune!”
