Coffee is what fuels us.
In the very beginning, our focus was to show our customers that coffee is much more than just what’s inside the cup. We wanted to tell people more about all the other crucial elements involved in coffee-making, such as the brewing, the roasting, the farming and the processing – and that’s what we did.
As time went on, it became evident that merely showcasing and informing customers about specialty coffee is not quite where we wanted our coffee journey to end. We’ve come to realize that in order to make good coffee, you have to fully invest your time, your effort and your resources into developing every single part of the coffee chain. This means going back to our roots and working together with the people who look after the coffee, understanding what drives their passion, sharing each other’s know-hows and working towards the same goal of producing better coffee.
Tomorrow is where we’re heading. We’ve still got a long way to go but that’s why we’re starting now. With any type of agriculture, we all know that it’s not a ‘plant today, reap tomorrow’ kind of business. It’s something that takes time and a lot of energy. We know how important it is to have a clear goal, and to be patient and remind ourselves that we’re investing our efforts today into an idea we truly believe in, for a better tomorrow – for everyone.
