For Barista’s Choice of November, our barista Aof has created the Red Autumn Cold Brew.
The drink was inspired by the concept the wholesomeness that surrounds Thanksgiving and the upcoming festivities around this time of the year. Cranberry sauce is a component often thought to complete a traditional roast meal and Aof has decided to use the bright and fruity flavors of cranberry to be the star of his drink. He mixes black cold brew with homemade cranberry sauce and rosemary-infused orange syrup that really brings out a beautiful uplifting aroma, and tops the drink off with fresh orange juice to balance out the flavors. Aof then puts a simple touch for the decoration of the drink with a simple orange peel and rosemary.
