This September, Barista’s Choice invites everyone to enjoy dessert through coffee with ‘Lemon Biscoff Cold Brew’. Created by our barista Pairwa Rhuypinit from Roots Thonglor, the drink takes inspiration from one of her favorite desserts, Lemon Macaron.
Pairwa pairs Roots Concentrated Cold Brew with Oat Milk and Lemon Cinnamon Syrup for a bright citrusy taste with a warm hint of cinnamon. It’s topped with light, fluffy Coconut Cream and finished with Biscoff and Lemon Zest for an aromatic, satisfying crunch.
Enjoy all the layers together for bold coffee, refreshing lemon, the smooth creaminess of Oat Milk and Coconut Cream, and a final crunch from Biscoff—like having Lemon Macaron and Cold Brew in one glass. Fun from the first sip to the very last.
