Barista Name enjoys tofu pudding with ginger syrup but has never tried Ginkgo. One day, he tried it after seeing a friend eat it and discovered that Ginkgo has a unique smell and a soybean-like texture. This sparked the idea of making ginkgo milk foam over black coffee mixed with homemade sweet ginger syrup. The top is sprinkled with grated Ginkgo to add extra aroma and flavor.
