Matcha Azuki Cold Brew

We’re merging matcha and cold brew coffee together for the first time ever! Meet our January Barista’s Choice, the Matcha Azuki Cold Brew. The perfect drink to welcome the first month of the year created by Barista Ice – Kannika Charoensuk and Bank – Sarawut Manngan

When cold brew coffee and matcha are blended together, it creates a lovely smooth taste unlike anything else. There’s a slight sweetness from P’ Jaroon’s honey syrup in this drink, and an extra touch of fun from the red bean paste, which we know goes well with matcha. Barista Ice and Bank chose to use Azuki red beans because it’s got a smoother taste than other red beans. They bring it to mix with Nong-bua sugar cane and place it at the bottom of the cup to give drinkers a delicious all-in-one taste of red bean paste, matcha, and coffee.
