For November’s Barista’s Choice, ‘Pack Waleerat’, our barista from Roots Ari, takes inspiration from one of her favourite treats, Apple Crumble Cookies, and gives it a coffee twist with Apple Cloud Earl Grey Cold Brew, bringing together the comforting flavours of freshly baked treats and the refreshing taste of Cold Brew.
Pack starts with Roots Concentrated Cold Brew, paired with Earl Grey Orange Syrup for a fragrant tea aroma and a citrusy touch. It’s then topped with a soft, fluffy Apple Cinnamon Foam, crunchy crumble, and dried apple slices. Think warm apple and cinnamon notes, a little crunch, and all the goodness of your favourite dessert in a cup of coffee.
