This time, Barista Lek was inspired by a tasty carrot cake he had at @roastbkk and wondered if he could turn it into coffee.

After spending quite some time perfecting the recipe, he decided to bring this menu to enter the competition. He won the judges’ hearts with his new and creative idea and its unbelievably delicious taste!The Carrot Cake Cold Brew’s unique flavor comes from its main ingredients: carrot juice and spices used to make the syrup, milk, cream cheese, and a crumble made from carrots, butter, and raisins!
