Enjoy the taste of buttered corn in the form of coffee! Our Barista’s choice this May is the Butter Corn Cold Brew from Barista Ut @utper. Ut transforms his favorite dessert (perhaps a favorite for many) into a Cold Brew loaded with all the beautiful flavors of buttered corn. Barista Ut starts by making corn milk to combine with coffee. Then butter, whipped cream, and fresh milk are mixed together to make a syrup. Leftover corn milk is then boiled with pandan leaves to create another syrup that adds a lovely aroma and binds the flavors. Finally, a tasty corn milk foam is added on top with sprinkles of corn crumble! Serving throughout Roots this month.
