The creative mind behind this delightful drink, Barista Milk (Apimook Lablae), shared that it was inspired by a fun question that evoked the imagination of snowy days in Thailand and thought of creating the perfect drink for a cool winter breeze!

The highlight ingredient of this drink is the ‘Raisin & Roselle syrup.’ Barista Milk wanted to create a unique syrup with a character similar to Western wines using local Thai ingredients like raisins and hibiscus. Made by simmering raisins and hibiscus with sugar, the syrup has a lovely tang with subtle hints of the tannins found in wine, which pairs wonderfully with the bold taste of Roots Cold Brew Concentrate.
